Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP describes activities that are not allowed on Aclamos or Ballotis. We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in any of the below.

Prohibited content

  • Material that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP unless you have rights to it.
  • CSAM, terrorist content, doxxing, threats of violence.
  • Content that violates the privacy of others (non-consensual intimate imagery, leaked private documents, etc.).
  • Spam, malware, phishing payloads.

Prohibited behavior

  • Voting fraud: bot-driven votes, click farms, coordinated email farms, paid voting brigades, or any scheme to inflate ballots beyond what the poll's anti-fraud settings allow.
  • Impersonating another person or organization, including using their domain or trademark in a way likely to deceive.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract data not made available to you.
  • Attacks against the platform (DDoS, brute force, exploit chains).
  • Using AI features to generate content that violates the prohibited-content list above.

Reporting

If you see content or behavior that violates this policy: email abuse@aclamos.app, or submit a report via the in-app feedback widget with kind = "Security."

Enforcement

We may, at our discretion: warn you, throttle you, remove specific content, suspend the account, terminate the account, or refer you to law enforcement when applicable.
