Two demos, one URL
Aclamos has two demo modes. Both are reachable from the /demo page.
Public read-only
Anyone — no email required — can click through the seeded Aurora Awards 2026 show. You'll see categories, nominations, judges, scoring sheets, the cue desk, the financial dashboard, and the marketing site. You can hover, scroll, drill into anything. Mutations are blocked — if you click "Save" you'll see a friendly notice that this is a public demo.
This is the right mode for the first 5 minutes of evaluation. You learn what Aclamos is.
Private editable
If you want to actually feel the product — score nominations, build a rubric, advance cues, edit categories — fill the form on /demo. We:
- Send a magic-link to your email.
- Spin up a private editable copy of the Aurora Awards seed data scoped to your account.
- Drop you into your own org slug at
/{your-name}-demo.
You can do everything a paying customer can do, except:
- Create a new show (would let people use a free demo as a paid org).
- Rename the existing demo show (same reason).
Auto-expires after 14 days. Past expiry, the org goes read-only for a 7-day grace window so you can still look at what you built. Past the grace window, the org is soft-deleted.
What if I want to keep my work?
Upgrade to a paid plan before expiry. The demo org becomes a real org and the lock on new-show + show-rename releases. Nothing migrates; it's the same data, same URL, same memberships.
Rate limits
One demo request per email per 24 hours. If you already have an editable demo with the same email, the form re-sends the magic-link to your existing org instead of creating a duplicate.
Privacy
The seed data is fictional (Aurora Awards is not a real awards program). Nothing in your demo org is shared with other demos or with Aclamos staff. Your demo expiry runs on the same retention pipeline as audit logs.
