What it does
A per-show panel that uses Claude's web-search tool to find recent news, magazine, blog, and trade-publication articles about your show. You curate hits as NEW / SAVED / PINNED / DISMISSED / HIDDEN. The pinned articles are surfaced on your show's public press kit.
Configure once
/[org]/[show]/press — fill in the right column:
- Search terms (one per line) — start with the show's name, plus name variants, hashtag, and last year's name if it changed.
- About your show — year, region, ceremony venue, name variants / abbreviations, sponsors, notable nominees, vibe. The richer the context, the better Claude's hits.
- Prefer / exclude domains — comma-separated. Common excludes:
reddit.com,x.com, anywhere social-only or content-farm. - Max article age in days (default 60).
Save config.
Run on demand
Click Run search. Claude searches the web with the tool, fetches summaries, dedupes against URLs you've already saved, returns a structured list of hits with title / source / author / date / image / AI summary / sentiment.
Re-running is idempotent — only genuinely new articles surface. Rate-limited to 12 searches per 10-minute window per user.
Curating
Each article gets four action buttons: Save, Pin, Dismiss, Hide. Pinned articles show on the public press kit. Add per-article internal notes ("Use in press kit; quote para 3").
Caveats
- Web search isn't comprehensive — for the highest-stakes coverage tracking pair this with a paid press-monitoring service.
- Claude won't read paywalled articles in full; it works from the metadata + lede excerpt.
- Sentiment is a best-effort heuristic; treat NEUTRAL as "the model wasn't confident."
- Aclamos doesn't republish article content — only the URL + metadata. Saved articles always link to the original publisher.
